Responsibilities and Duties
Need to handle the customer queries via Inbound calls/Outbound calls/Email/Chat/Social Media
Shift–Night/Rotational Shifts for 24*7
Good Written and verbal communications / Prefer US/Canadian accent, Should, be fluent Adhere to shift/Punctual and ready to take responsibility Good , knowledge of MS office like excel/word
Required Experience and Qualifications
Any graduate/undergraduate with minimum 6-month experience
Would prefer international call center experience
