Office of the COO Administrative Support:
Provide support to the Chief Operating Officer on all administrative matters, including matters related to monthly Governance, Operations/Nursing and Care Team Associate Transformation & Advisory Groups and Operations and Nursing Councils. Prepare agendas, power point presentations, room reservation, record minutes of the meeting and outline next steps.
Serve as key contact to multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met or exceeded, with appropriate resolution for any identified risks. Support scheduling needs for meetings and events such as the Patient Experience Committee, Operations and Nursing meetings, and 1:1 meetings with the COO’s direct reports.
Prepare correspondence (includes drafting and editing materials) to support Governance, Medical Office Operations and Physician Practice Management.
Receive and make calls; manage and adjust COO calendar for maximum efficiency.
Attend medical office operations meetings, record minutes and next steps.
