Job Description

Manages all Foundation funds. Manages numerous Foundation bank accounts. Provides monthly financial statements. Manages donor records, supervises gift processing cycle including preparation of daily deposits, processes credit cards and provides appropriate follow-up upon receipt of donation.

Ensures regular backups and server maintenance, troubleshoots database-related problems, coordinates the maintenance and installation of computer hardware/software necessary to support fundraising database.

Manages accounts payable/receivables. Acknowledges all donations, including donor records and recognition.

Generates data as needed for annual report, special events and other special development projects. Formulates necessary data for annual foundation audit.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned
