Job Description

Answers incoming calls regarding cancellation of recurring lease and monitoring services

Receives letters by mail, email and/or by fax for cancellation of recurring lease and monitoring services

Interfaces with the customer to save the account from cancellation

Answers questions regarding the agreement that is on file

Interfaces with the service department to schedule appointments for the reprogramming of the alarm system or the removal of the leased alarm equipment

Creates the Service and Accounting Monitoring Disconnection form for accounting/service/data entry/file

Creates Cancellation Survey for Accounting

Interfaces with the accounting department to close the account for non-payment.

Maintains Customer Loyalty Program & Spreadsheet

Attempts to set up a sales appointment for customers who move to a new location and obtain new occupant information for the old location

Follows, maintains and updates cancellation policy as dictated by Management

Contacts customers for their feedback on Installation Surveys and addresses any concerns or directs them to the proper department to resolve them

Operates computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information

Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes

Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations

Processes incoming Service Tickets and creates invoices
