• Management - hire, train, and manage markers and instructors, develop performance policies and standards, coach and mentor markers and instructors, address performance gaps, quality assurance review of marking, manage resources to ensure marking is completed and issues are handled, ensure markers meet timelines, conduct marking events and sessions, and participate in long-term strategic planning
• Financial Planning and learning - provide technical financial planning, coaching and guidance to students, participate in content maintenance, develop and maintain marking guides and rubrics, curate technically accurate model answers, and respond to students in online forums
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have CFP qualifications and experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll also need to have an interest and experience in adult education and learning, and exceptional live and virtual facilitation skills with a knack for making complex concepts palatable for learners. You'll need to be adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity as learning programs change and evolve.
