Employ excellent photography skills to capture all Employee Engagement events for social media and digital platforms.
Utilize exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to promote Samsung’s employer brand via social media, email campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations.
Creatively ideate new assets to assist the Recruitment organization in promoting Samsung job opportunities externally.
Benchmark competitor brand activation strategies and make recommendations on innovative and eye-catching approaches to increase employer brand awareness.
Partner with Samsung’s Internal Communications team to improve employer brand adoption internally.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure all design and assets align to Samsung’s brand guidelines and track against predetermined deadlines.
