Job Description

Process FMLA, PFL, and NYS Disability claims for employees and has a thorough understanding on how the various leave laws intertwine

Prepares and distributes reports as necessary

Enter new hires, status changes and terminations into HRISMeet and follow-up with new employees to ensure all on-boarding documentation is obtained and completed

Maintains time & attendance system and updates/trains new Managers on payroll records

Assist in tracking and reporting Provider’s time/daily rates for production payroll and maintain credential records for Providers

Prepare and distribute reports and requests for employment and wage information

Prepares new employee folders, on-boards new employees and process status changes

May be asked to prepare and process bi-weekly and monthly payroll using ADP WorkForce Now
