Document all steps of remediation in a help desk software environment
Ask questions to determine nature of problem

Clean up computers and re-mediate any issues
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
