Job Description

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware from end users

Respond to requests and issues either in person or over the phone.

Document all steps of remediation in a help desk software environment

Ask questions to determine nature of problem

Walk customer through problem-solving process

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software

Clean up computers and re-mediate any issues

Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems

Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems

Configure and setup end users new and re-purposed PCs
