Job Description

Sales Territory activities, including:

o Performing inbound and outbound selling activities to attain sales revenue goals

o Working with the CRM to manage activities and track results

o Providing customers with price quotes, configuration advice and lead times

o Maintain a customer communication activity level high enough to generate the required sales opportunity

o Preparing sales activity reports

o Managing and processing new accounts set up, and assisting with pre-sales support

o Properly assess opportunities as either consumer or professional

Set and track daily activity targets and sales quotas for the inside sales team

Hire, train and expand the inside sales and inbound call center sales team

Report on sales metrics and inbound call metrics to the Director of Sales

Motive team members to exceed goals

Delegate leads and responsibilities to team members

Ability to train staff on policy, procedures, and products

Assist with developing and managing customer relationships

Prospect new customer relationships

Coordinate activities with sales managers and other company resources to achieve goals

Keep current on products, customer programs, strategies, goals, and competitors
