Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Ensures the proper day-to-day operation of Field Support/Level 2 technologies within Rackspace. Provides telephone, ticket, and/or walk-up support to assist Rackers in resolving technology incidents or delivering services provided. Provides end-user training for technologies. Escalates issues to Leadership as needed.
