Job Description

Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software, and smartphone issues.

Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.

Log all help desk interactions in the system.

Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.

Performs other duties as instructed.
