Job Description

You’ll deliver extraordinary customer experiences that delight our customers through the services provided.

You’ll process customer credits and refunds daily.

You'll research returned mail for address corrections to ensure we get our communications to our customers.

You’ll sit in our brand new, state-of-the-art, open floor plan, Contact Center. It's a collaborative environment where you’ll be free to share your ideas and opinions with your team

You’ll contact our customers to clarify or verify information as needed – resolving duplicate accounts.
